Our website templates are built exclusively for the platform Kajabi. You must have an active Kajabi subscription in order to install our templates.

If you don’t already use Kajabi, then after you purchase the template, you will need to sign up for a Kajabi plan. For example, you can get started with the monthly Basic plan. If you purchase an annual Kajabi subscription, you will get a discount of over $350 on your total yearly subscription cost.

In addition, if you don’t have a domain name, you will need to purchase one. I recommend using a trusted domain registrar like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Bluehost. You do not need to purchase domain hosting.

You will need to download Figma, which is free and easier to use than Canva! The Template Launch Course includes detailed video tutorials that walk you through the whole process of how to use Figma to prepare your graphics.

Our templates currently do not provide Canva graphic files, as we believe that you will get much better results with Figma.

Our Kajabi templates are an advanced template that uses custom CSS code to achieve a beautiful, impactful design that goes far above the default Kajabi look. However, you absolutely not do not need to understand how to code in order to successfully customize the template!

Your template purchase include access to our robust Template Launch Course, which includes detailed video tutorials that show you exactly how to edit the relevant code. We’ve streamlined the custom CSS as much as possible to make it simple and easy for you.

If you consider yourself not design or tech-savvy, we strongly recommend upgrading your purchase to one of our done-for-you installation and/or customization packages.

It all depends on YOU! It could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks! We’ve done everything possible to make it as simple and easy for you to customize and launch your template.

If you have everything ready - from your brand colors and fonts to your copy and photos - then you should be able to move forward without too much delay. It all depends on how much you want to customize and how many pages you plan to customize.

Your template purchase includes 30 days of email support beginning on the date of purchase. This covers tech issues relating to the template itself, including the installation process, the template files, and customization issues. You can submit a support ticket here.

Yes! If you’re a designer and you’d like to use this template a base for a client project, feel free to do so. However, each template purchase may only be used for one website. If you would like to use the template on more than one website, you must purchase a separate license for each project and you are required to retain the site credit page with a link to our website.
