ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for a high-functioning, detail-oriented, organized Tech VA to join our design studio specializing in web design, branding, and digital content for online women entrepreneurs.

We are a small growing design studio, and this role will require a mix of responsibilities to work closely as a team player and support our clients and our own business with professional, technical, organizational tasks. Your main responsibilities will include handling technical tasks primarily in Kajabi, creating automations, email marketing and management, course management, language setup and support, technical funnel setup, as well as some admin tasks such as client support.

Our team moves at a fast pace, and we always have many projects in the works, so you must be able to handle many moving pieces and fill in the gaps where needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in various online tools and platforms. Ideally, you would be design savvy, but design tasks will not be your primary responsibility. A non-negotiable is that you must speak fluent English.

• You have experience with Kajabi. You know the ins and outs of Kajabi, and are comfortable building on the platform without major assistance

• You receive feedback well and are able to adjust accordingly.
• You enjoy solving problems creatively.
• You are a self-starter and take pride and enjoyment in delivering high-quality, beautiful work.
• You like the thought of working in a connected and collaborative team environment.
• You are eager to learn, and you enjoy continually learning new skills and technology. We do not expect you to know everything - but you do need to have a LOVE for working hard + working with a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Tech VA roles
• Expertise: Proficiency in Kajabi. Experience with automations, funnels and fitting the pieces together.
• Practical Knowledge of Tools: Experience with the following tools is a plus: Kajabi, Basic WordPress, and Zapier. If you’re familiar with other tools, for example, ClickUp or Kartra, that’s okay as your skills can usually be transferable and we can provide any training needed.
• HTML/CSS Knowledge: Ideal but not required. A good understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred to work effectively with developers.
• Creativity: While design experience isn’t a requirement - being design savvy is ideal.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English), to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to technical challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and industry trends.
• Continued Learning: You have your finger on the pulse to constantly stay at the forefront of new technology and faster ways to do things/new things we can implement for better processes.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup Forms in Kajabi: Create and configure forms to capture user information and integrate them seamlessly into Kajabi.
• Setup Automations in Kajabi: Develop and implement automated workflows within Kajabi to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
• Setup Email Sequences in Kajabi: Design and set up effective email sequences to engage and nurture client audiences.
• Setup Masterclass Events in Kajabi: Coordinate and organize virtual events, ensuring a smooth technical execution for masterclass sessions.
• Setup Email Sequences in Other Platforms: Extend expertise to other email platforms such as ActiveCampaign and ConvertKit, setting up effective communication channels.
• Setup Blog Posts in Kajabi: Assist in publishing and formatting blog posts within the Kajabi platform for clients and for Studio Classica.
• Upload Course Content: Support clients and Studio Classica in uploading and organizing course content, ensuring a seamless learning experience for end-users.
• Setup Course/Membership Modules and Lessons: Handle the technical aspects of configuring course and membership modules and lessons within Kajabi, focusing on functionality rather than design.
• Assist with Domain Setup: Guide clients in setting up and connecting domains to Kajabi, ensuring a secure and professional online presence.
• Setup Offers and Checkout Pages in Kajabi: Collaborate with clients to configure compelling offers and user-friendly checkout pages within the Kajabi platform.
